By downloading, installing, or using HK TV EPG (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

The App is an electronic programme guide (EPG) viewing and organisation tool. The App itself does not produce, own, stream, broadcast, or redistribute any television programmes, media streams, or content. It merely presents publicly available programme schedule data in a readable format.

2. Data Sources & Intellectual Property

• Programme titles, times, descriptions, channel names, and logos shown in the App are sourced from third-party public EPG data sources (including but not limited to epg.pw and ETH OTT EPG / myeth-epg.github.io).
• All programme data, channel names, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to their respective broadcasters, operators, or content owners. The App and its developer claim no ownership of, and have no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship with, any broadcaster, platform, or operator. Any names or marks are used solely for identification (nominative fair use).

3. Provided "As Is", No Warranty

The App and its data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Programme times and content may be delayed, inaccurate, changed, or interrupted; actual broadcast prevails. The developer makes no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability.

4. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

• You use the App entirely at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App and its displayed data complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and with the terms of service of the relevant third-party sources, broadcasters, or operators.
• If you have any question about copyright, use, or reuse of programme data, you should seek your own independent legal advice. The App and its developer provide no legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or reliance on its displayed data.

6. Content Removal & Rights-Holder Notice

The App respects intellectual property. If any broadcaster, operator, or rights holder believes that data organised or displayed by the App infringes their rights, please contact us at the email below with sufficient information to identify the content and the basis of your rights. We will review and remove the relevant channel or data within a reasonable time.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time; revisions take effect when posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
